Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy
Placing an order with us means you have acknowledged, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined below.
Return & Replacement Policy
We strive to make your shopping experience smooth and satisfying. We offer easy exchanges and returns if you’re not fully happy with your purchase. To initiate a return, you must contact us via mail at hello@silvershapes.in within 3 days of receiving your order. Once the returned product is received and verified at our warehouse, we will proceed with your preference of a replacement, refund, or store credit.
For prepaid orders, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will only be processed to the bank account of the individual listed in the billing details. Please note, only the product amount is eligible for a refund—charges such as shipping fees, COD charges, gift wrapping, customs duties, etc., are non-refundable.
Returns or replacements are allowed only once per order and strictly under the conditions outlined below.
Products sold cannot be returned or refunded unless they meet the following criteria:
1. Product received in a damaged condition or with a manufacturing defect – If you receive a package that appears to be tampered with or damaged, please do not accept it from the delivery service. You should immediately report the issue to the courier company’s local office.
2. In the rare case that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please inform us at hello@silvershapes.in within 24 hours of delivery. If possible, kindly share a photo of the damaged item on WhatsApp. Do not discard the product or its packaging, and wait for our team to evaluate the issue based on your report.
Once we review the complaint and confirm the issue, you may return the product to us within 5 working days from the date of our confirmation. Please ensure it is returned in its original condition and packaging, along with a copy of the invoice and authenticity certificate. Items returned without prior confirmation or that arrive after the 5-day window will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Returns must be sent via courier or registered airmail. The customer is responsible for the safe delivery of the return and will bear any shipping costs incurred beyond the original shipping charges.
Upon confirming a valid return, we will take one of the following actions:
1. Replace the item with the same design (if available), at no additional cost.
2. If the item is unavailable, you may choose an alternative product.
3. If you do not wish to receive a replacement, we may issue a full refund.
4. In cases where multiple items were ordered and some cannot be delivered, you may choose alternatives for the undelivered products, or we will refund the respective amount.
5. Please note that slight color variations may occur between product images and the actual product due to lighting, digital photography, or your screen settings. Such minor differences are not considered defects.
Wrong Product Received
If the item delivered is not what you ordered, contact us with a photograph of the item at hello@silvershapes.in within 24 hours. Please do not use the product if you plan to return it
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations made before dispatch, a full refund will be issued to the original mode of payment (in case of prepaid orders). If the cancellation request is made after dispatch, the refund will be processed after deducting shipping charges for both forward and return (RTO) shipments, once the product is returned to us.
We may also cancel an order under certain circumstances:

4. Incomplete or incorrect delivery address.
5. The delivery location is not serviceable.
6. You request a cancellation before shipping.
